She won a concert of a reality show as a great partner in the crime of Paris Hilton in The Simple Life, and is the author of a fiction title: The Truth About Diamonds. She is also married to boyfriend DJ AM, and it seems very happy in this relationship.
Okay that sounds good – but it is not too thin?
While it is true that Nicole Richie looked at early unsanitary on The Simple Life "and images of other celebrities at the time – not necessarily called chubby. Instead, I would say she looked bloated. Unhealthy for all poisons, is ingesting, Richie has said in the past (like Oprah) who was on a trajectory of increasing abuse of alcohol and drugs since the age of 13.
Coming Clean – it is very possible that Richie began an extremely disciplined exercise and diet foods regain their health and control of their lives. And then – over the side.
Many times people who suffer from any addiction – alcohol, drugs, overeating, gambling etc, replace the vice of another intense activity, addiction or obsession. It's why not recommended for people who are on a 12-step program to start dating each other. Instead of dealing with themselves, you just replace energy expended in getting drunk or high on the new relationship. Then, the relationship becomes too intense, too fast, and rapidly depleted because the lack of real foundations.
Nicole Richie may have simply substituted years of addiction compulsion to control his life and feelings in other ways, and control their food intake is a form, you may have chosen to take over life.
Of course, this problem can easily occur in an eating disorder in itself, since it is based on the principle of "control" where these disorders usually begin.
The statement?
Well the conclusion is that while you may have your reasons – Nicole Richie is too thin – too thin – too small. Hopefully, despite all the attention media weight – will give you all the "true" type of help and attention you need your friends and family, and the direction of a mental state health professional that can help redirect your energy to more positive possibilities.
